In 2014, I hit my diagnosis damnation: Type II diabetes, anxiety, depression, ADHD and a weight that was starting to rival my sense of humor. And my reward? A pharmaceutical buffet! Mornings became a cocktail hour of Metformin, Adderall, and a little something for my anxiety. Brain fog
was the cherry on top; nothing like moving through life with the clarity of a windshield in a hurricane.
But then (cue plot twist!) In 2023, I stumbled upon regenerative health. Goodbye, SAD love affair. Hello, cellular-level glow-up. I studied at the
Institute of Regenerative Health under Carrie Drinkwine, learning how to address and repair the root causes at the cellular level, and became my own
success story: 40 pounds gone, diabetes reversed, quit smoking, brain fog lifted, and no more “medication du jour”. Turns out, health really is more effective when it doesn’t come in a pill bottle.
Regenerative health didn’t just change my life—it handed me the keys and said, “Go unlock your potential”.
So, here I am, sharing my story with you and ready to spill the secrets of
actual wellness—no fads, no fixes, just real results. Have questions, or need some clarity, book your free 15-minute consultation. Or, if you’re simply over the daily pill parade and ready to start thriving, sign up for the next cohort that speaks to you.
Join me in trading the SAD life for the successful, vibrant life. After all, isn’t it time you wrote your own health success story? Your future self will be high-fiving you… and we both know you’ve been procrastinating long enough.
